Sales Manager (up to 2023/10/01)

Genizer LLC is located at Technology Link in Irvine, between Los Angeles and San Diego. We're dedicated to advancing homogenization nanotechnology, making this key process for nanomaterial preparation more effective and advanced than ever before. Genizer provides high pressure homogenizers, liposome extruders, and microfluidics mixers. These equipments are widely used for laboratory-scale, pilot-scale, or full-scale manufacturing of nano-emulsions, liposomes, graphenes, vaccines, carbon tubes, nano particles, and more.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to implement and execute the company’s strategies to optimize sales growth and to expand the distributions of Genizer’s full-line equipment in a specific geographical area. Frequent travel in the assigned area is required for this role. You will also develop worldwide distributors and customers and take part in international trade shows.

Sales Activities:
Lead development and execution of sales business plans.
Manage and lead development of all pillars of distribution within assigned territory to meet goals and objectives.
Create plans and market campaigns to identify and efficiently address deficiencies in all areas of distribution. 
Participate in national and international trade shows.
Develop a working knowledge of competing organization and their ongoing sales strategies.

Other Duties:
Work with product managers and engineers or independently on product service.

Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Biology, Nanotechnology, Chemical, Business, Sales Management, Marketing, or a similar program is required.
5+ years of experience in global sales.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, as required. (Saturday open houses, trade shows).
A basic understanding of competing equipment and competitors' market strategies.
Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
